What Carveenient Is (and Isn't)

Carveenient is your buyer-first automotive advocate — not a dealership, lender, or repair facility. We represent you in sourcing, inspecting, and negotiating your vehicle purchase. We earn a fee only when we successfully close a deal for you.

Your $250 Authorization Hold

To initiate your search, we place a $250 hold on your card. This is not a charge. If no deal closes for any reason, the hold releases in full — automatically. It only converts to a charge if you withdraw after sourcing work has begun.

Fee Summary

Financed purchase: All Carveenient fees roll into your loan. Your out-of-pocket on the day you drive away: $0.
Cash purchase: A $500 concierge fee + 35% of negotiated savings, due only at closing.
Military & Veterans: Reduced commission rate of 25% on all purchases.

No Surprises

Every fee is disclosed in writing before any financing conversation begins. Fees do not change after disclosure. Carveenient does not receive compensation from any lender in exchange for routing your application — our sole compensation is the fee paid by you.

1 — Carveenient Role Disclosure

Carveenient, LLC is NOT a lender, creditor, bank, credit union, or dealer. Carveenient does not extend credit, originate loans, or service debt. Carveenient acts solely as your authorized advocate in connection with the sourcing, inspection, negotiation, and financing arrangement of a vehicle on your behalf. Carveenient's sole compensation is the concierge fee paid by you. Carveenient does not receive compensation from any lender, dealer, or financing source in exchange for routing your application.

2 — Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Credit Authorization — 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq.

By submitting this application, you authorize Carveenient, LLC and any lending partner to whom Carveenient submits this application to obtain one or more consumer credit reports from any consumer reporting agency (CRA), including Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion, for the purpose of evaluating your application for vehicle financing. Credit inquiries made in connection with an auto loan application within a 14-day window are typically treated as a single inquiry by major credit scoring models. You have the right to request a free copy of your credit report at annualcreditreport.com or 1-877-322-8228.

3 — Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) — 15 U.S.C. §1691 et seq.

The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, or age. You are not required to disclose alimony, child support, or separate maintenance payments as income unless you choose to have it considered. Providing false or misleading information may constitute a violation of federal law (18 U.S.C. §1014).

4 — Privacy Notice — Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA)

Carveenient collects personal and financial information solely to arrange vehicle financing on your behalf. This information is shared only with lending partners, vehicle inspection services, and service providers under confidentiality agreements. Carveenient does not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is retained for a minimum of two years as required by applicable federal regulations.

5 — Concierge Fee Financing Notice — TILA Compliance (15 U.S.C. §1601)

If you elect to finance Carveenient's concierge fee as part of your vehicle loan, the fee will be listed as a separate line item in your financing documents, included in the Amount Financed, and factored into your APR. Your lender retains sole discretion to approve or deny inclusion of this fee in your loan. You may pay the fee separately at any time prior to loan closing at no additional charge.
